The guest room was reasonably large and silent, with a balcony to enjoy. the hotel's location was perfect, conveniently located next to a tram stop that goes directly to the city centre.

Staff is really kind and you can park your car on-site.

The hotel met required needs, it was a very pleasant stay for a night. The staff were very nice helpful, thanks to them everything was good. When I asked problem with wifi connection was fixed.

Convenient spot, just a short walk from a local event venue. the rooms here are comfy and come with everything you need. the bathrooms are quite tidy and the whole place is pretty quiet. 🚶‍♂️

Room was OK and location to S-Bahn was ideal. Parking space was also appreciated.

Towels were never exchanged during our 4 night stay. The last night the room was not even serviced at all. Choices at breakfast buffet were not consistent. Fruit would have been appreciated.

It was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to Europe. You should remove it as an option on your sight until the place is totally renovated. It was the biggest waste of money for a room bar none.

Silent and amazingly comfortable room with a lovely bed. Good setting in a nice area, just a short walk to a tram stop that goes straight to the city center. - Convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from Badnerlandhalle Neureut.

As hotel was in a suburban area, it was very quiet at night. SBahn ran fairly frequently from close by.

Reception and hallways smelled of cigarettes and lights on stairways did not work. Was initially given key to room that was already occupied.

The room we stayed in was nice and modern, it had AC and three single beds with extra comfy mattresses. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of delicious food and drinks on offer.

Cleanliness very poor - dusty uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast - hardly any choice. Although we checked in slightly late at night, we met only one staff member and another the next morning to settle the bill - they were quite helpful.
